Signs of Life at Alamo Drafthouse?

Yesterday I posted about CVS Pharmacy starting construction on the corner of the Alamo Drafthouse property at the corner of Jackson and Trenton in Edinburg. If you follow this blog, you know that the failure of the Drafthouse to open for business has been a major disappointment for me. So it is with fear and loathing that I'm setting myself up for another letdown that I report that a little bird told me that the Drafthouse is undergoing appraisement. Is it too much to hope the Drafthouse is finally going to become a reality? What do you think?
